Rammstein Irish Whiskey is an exceptional spirit that reflects the wild energy and charismatic style of the famous German rock band Rammstein. Rammstein Irish Whiskey comes from Ireland and is a carefully composed blend that combines the subtleties of two distillation processes: it consists of a triple-distilled grain whiskey and a double-distilled malt whiskey. It is matured in ex-bourbon barrels for a period of 10 years, which gives it rich vanilla and oak notes. It is then matured for at least six months in ex-sherry casks, giving it its unmistakable fruity and nutty flavours, which make the whiskey particularly round and complex.

This whiskey offers a balanced but powerful flavour experience. The alcohol strength of 43% ensures an ideal balance between the spiciness of the whiskey and the fruitiness from the sherry casks, making it a true tribute to the band - strong, complex and unique.

Tasting Note

Colour: Golden amber, with a slight copper sheen that reflects the ageing in the casks.

Nose: Aromas of caramel and vanilla, accompanied by oak and a hint of spiced fruits such as plum and dried figs that emphasise the sherry maturation.

Taste: Full-bodied and smooth, with a harmonious blend of fruity flavours of apples and cherries, which combine with the woody and nutty notes of oak and spice from the bourbon cask maturation.

Finish: Langs and warm, with a gentle sherry sweetness and a fine, nutty oak and vanilla note that finishes pleasantly.

Rammstein Irish Whiskey is perfect to enjoy neat or on ice to fully develop its complex flavours. This whiskey is an excellent accompaniment to mature cheeses such as cheddar or gouda, smoked salmon or grilled meat. This whiskey also perfectly complements the complex flavours of dark chocolate, caramel desserts or fruity tarts such as apple strudel and provides a harmonious finish to an elegant dinner.
