Inspired by the traditional Hamburg Franzbrötchen, this dessert liqueur combines the characteristic flavours of the popular Danish pastry with a pleasantly creamy and velvety texture. Franzi cinnamon liqueur is characterised by a harmonious interplay of sweet and spicy nuances. The distinctive cinnamon note forms the basis and is accompanied by aromas of caramelised sugar, buttery biscuit notes and a fine hint of vanilla. This combination is immediately reminiscent of a freshly baked Franzbrötchen and gives the Franzbrötchen liqueur its unmistakable personality.
