Distilled from high-quality sugar cane molasses and then matured for five years in oak casks, this rum offers a perfect balance of sweet, fruity and spicy notes. The tropical ageing process under the unique climatic conditions of La Réunion intensifies the flavours and lends it remarkable depth.

Tasting Note

Colour: Brilliant gold with amber highlights.

Nose: Aromas of ripe banana, vanilla, honey and toasted oak, accompanied by subtle spicy notes.

Palate: Full-bodied and harmonious, with notes of caramel, dried fruit, candied citrus and spicy oak.

Finish: Long-lasting, slightly dry with a delicate combination of oak, vanilla and a hint of cocoa.
