Jawbox Distillery is located on a sprawling 120-acre estate dating back to the 16th century, just outside Belfast. The historic estate is not only home to the distillery, but also to the fields where the grain used to make Jawbox products is grown and harvested. Distillation takes place in traditional copper pot stills, a process that ensures the purity, depth and quality of the gin.

One of the distillery's outstanding products is the Jawbox Small Batch Rhubarb & Ginger Gin Liqueur. This liqueur combines the classic flavour of a high-quality gin with the spice of Ingwerer and the freshness of rhubarb. The flavour profile is rounded off by a subtle pineapple note, which gives the liqueur additional depth.

Tasting Note

Colour: Light pink.

Nose: Fruity, notes of rhubarb, Ingwerer.

Flavour: Fresh, fruity, notes of juniper, rhubarb.

Finish: Langs on the palate.

The Rhubarb & Ginger combines 50 ml Jawbox Rhubarb & Ginger with 100 ml ginger ale, ice cubes and a squeeze of freshly squeezed lime.
