Tasting Note

Colour: Deep gold with amber reflections.

Nose: Sweet aromas of dried fruit, dark caramel, sultanas and a hint of vanilla. A fine sherry sweetness complements nutty and woody notes.

Flavour: Rich and full-bodied with notes of dried figs, caramel, chocolate and a hint of spice. The Pedro Ximenez sherry casks give it a wonderfully sweet, almost syrupy depth that harmonises perfectly with the slightly spicy oak.

Finish: Langs and warm with a combination of sherry, oak and a lingering sweet fruitiness.

Dunville's 10 Years Old PX Cask is perfect for Purist enjoyment to fully savour the complex flavours. It goes wonderfully with dark chocolate, mature cheese or roasted nuts.
