At the beginning of the 19th century, the difficult situation in Italy meant that spices became rarities. Nevertheless, the young entrepreneur Ausano Ramazzotti pursued his passion and created something unique - Ramazzotti Amaro - in a small laboratory. After the entrepreneur's death, the distillery was expanded and the brand became known worldwide.

The Aperitivo Fresco emphasises the importance of shared moments and thus continues the guiding principle of the Ramazzotti brand's "Welcome to the family" campaign.

The lemons and oranges used in the aperitif come from Calabria and the mint from Piedmont.
