Mintis Gin stands for exclusive craftsmanship and is produced with great care in a family-run distillery in picturesque Piedmont, Italy. Under the management of Carlo Vergnano, his wife and daughter and a dedicated team, the Torino distillery in Moncalieri is committed to the highest quality and tradition. The experienced maestro distiller Denis Muni, with over 20 years of expertise in the production of high-quality spirits, plays a central role in the production process.

Mintis Gin is distilled in a customised vacuum still, using a gentle temperature of 60 degrees for eight hours. Each bottle bears the distiller's personal signature, which Burgen the outstanding quality and attention to detail.

Mintis ORIGINALE Gin impresses with its exquisite recipe: Pancalieri mint, hand-picked juniper, lemons and other plants from the Piedmont region give it its characteristic, fresh flavour. For a perfect Pancalieri Fizzers, 2 parts Mintis Originale Gin, ½ part freshly squeezed lime juice and 1 part syrup are mixed together. The glass is then topped up with sparkling soda to create a refreshing flavour experience.
