With an alcohol content of 40% by volume, Fundador Supremo 12 offers a gentle yet expressive complexity that sets it apart from other brandies. Its exceptional ageing in sherry casks gives it notes of dried fruit, caramel and a fine woody flavour.

Tasting Note

Colour: Deep amber with golden reflections.

Nose: Aromas of dried figs, sultanas, caramel and fine wood notes with a hint of vanilla.

Flavour: Soft and velvety with notes of sweet sherry, dark chocolate, roasted nuts and oak spice.

Finish: Long-lasting, sweet and spicy with fine vanilla and subtle dried fruit.

The Fundador Supremo 12 Years Old is ideal for pure enjoyment in a Cognac snifter to experience its complex flavours. It harmonises perfectly with dark chocolate, mature Manchego cheese or caramelised nuts.
