The vines thrive on well-aerated soils and produce a white wine that is characterised by freshness, finesse and fruit expression. The wine is matured at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks in order to precisely preserve the flavours typical of the grape variety. Tasting Note

The Sauvignon Blanc shimmers in the glass in a light lemon yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, it has an intense aroma of gooseberries, limes, freshly cut grass and green peppers. On the palate, it delights with lively acidity, a fresh, almost cool character and a juicy, fruity finish. The finish is finely mineral and elegantly dry - typical Sauvignon, but with its own signature.

This Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect companion for modern cuisine with freshness and lightness. Ideal with goat's cheese with honey and rosemary, roasted green asparagus, Asian marinated prawns, salad with mango and coriander, ceviche, green vegetable quiche or lemon risotto.
