The rum initially matures for 15 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being refined in rare Palo Cortado sherry barrels. Colour: Deep amber with copper reflections.

Nose: Complex aromas of dried fruits, walnuts and fine caramel, accompanied by subtle sherry notes and a hint of vanilla.

Flavour: Soft and elegant with notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, dried apricots and spicy oak. The Palo Cortado finish gives it a fine dryness that harmonises perfectly with the natural sweetness of the rum.
