This rum was distilled in 2008 and matured for 14 years in selected American white oak barrels. It was then given a unique finish in ex-fino sherry casks, giving it an impressive spicy, earthy character with deep, complex flavours. Fino sherry is known for its dry, slightly salty and nutty flavour, which blends harmoniously with the intense structure of this matured rum.

With a limited edition of only 290 bottles worldwide, this bottling is a real collector's item for lovers of exceptional rums. The high-quality presentation in an elegant gift box (GB) emphasises the exclusivity of this unique drop.

Tasting Note

Colour: Rich amber with golden reflections.

Nose: Complex aromas of roasted nuts, dried fruit and spicy oak, complemented by subtle hints of sherry and leather.

Flavour: Intense and multi-layered with notes of honey, almonds, toffee, a fine saltiness and subtle hints of vanilla and dark chocolate.
