The gin is produced according to a family recipe dating back to 1863, which has been passed down through generations of the Hayman family. Distillation takes place slowly and gently in traditional copper stills, using classic botanicals such as juniper, coriander, angelica root, cinnamon, citrus peel and nutmeg.
