The G. Rozelieures LE PARCELLAIRE Silty Clay Single Malt Whisky is part of the new ‘Le Parcellaire’ limited edition series from the renowned French distillery Rozelieures. This exclusive bottling highlights the close connection between soil, grain and distillation, bringing the unique terroir of Lorraine straight into the glass. Winter barley from the municipality of Rozelieures is grown specifically for this special whisky, lending it a characteristic depth and minerality.

Maturation takes place in ex-cognac and ex-bourbon casks, allowing the whisky to develop a fascinating balance between fruitiness, spiciness and a delicate sweetness. At 43% ABV, it is bottled in 0.7-litre bottles and comes in a stylish gift box that emphasises its exclusivity. With no chill filtration, this single malt retains its natural purity and ensures an authentic tasting experience.

Tasting Note

Colour: Golden yellow.

Nose: Floral and fruity notes, accompanied by honey, dried apricots, spices, vanilla and a subtle oakiness.

Palate: Smooth and elegant, with flavours of caramelised nuts, fresh fruit, honey, caramel and a hint of cognac spice.

Finish: Medium-length, with sweet, slightly mineral notes, gentle oak and a delicate hint of almond.
