This particular bottling has been matured for 19 years in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, giving it exceptional depth and complexity.

The long maturation ensures a perfect balance between sweet and spicy notes. The influences of the sherry cask give the whisky a luscious fruitiness, complemented by dark chocolate, honey and a fine oak spice. The absence of chill filtration and colouring preserves the natural flavours and ensures an authentic enjoyment experience. Tasting Note

Colour: Dark amber.

Nose: Ripe dark fruit, dried figs, sultanas, orange peel, caramel and a hint of oak spice.

Flavour: Full-bodied and smooth, with notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate, honey, roasted nuts and a fine sherry sweetness.

Finish: Langs, warming and complex, with lingering flavours of spices, oak and subtle notes of cocoa.
