This Añejo matures for eight years in selected oak barrels, which gives it an impressive depth, aromatic complexity and fine woody notes. The combination of altitude, craftsmanship and natural ageing makes Sol Tarasco a rare speciality that is an insider tip among connoisseurs. It is produced by the traditional Destiladora de Michoacán, which is known for its authentic and unadulterated distillates.
