The St. Kilian Signature Edition ELEVEN Single Malt Whisky is matured in 190-litre ex-Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey casks, which give it its distinctive character. The Signature Editions are left in their natural state, as they are neither coloured nor chill-filtered, in order to preserve the whisky’s authentic flavours and natural texture.

Colour: Straw-gold.

Nose: Mild, peaty smoke, vanilla, roasted malt, ripe bananas, citrus notes, apricots, dry, ashy notes.

Palate: Mildly fruity, sweet, vanilla, fresh citrus notes, bananas, grilled apricots, campfire smoke, oaky notes, cayenne pepper.

Finish: Long-lasting, warm, malt, allspice, apricots.
