The Beniamino Maschio AMARONE Invecchiata 12 Mesi Grappa 40% Vol. 0.7 l is a fine Italian grappa speciality made from the pomace of the grapes used for the famous Amarone della Valpolicella. The processing of these high-quality grape varieties produces a particularly full-bodied and aromatic grappa that clearly stands out from classic bottlings. After distillation, it is aged for at least 12 months in selected oak barrels, which gives it additional depth, complexity and an elegant woody flavour.


With an alcohol content of 40% by volume, this Amarone grappa is strong, yet smooth and harmoniously balanced. The barrel ageing gives it a warm colour, a soft texture and multi-layered aromas that make it a special pleasure experience. The Beniamino Maschio Amarone Grappa unfolds its full flavour pure at room temperature in a grappa glass. It is an excellent accompaniment to strong cheeses such as pecorino or gorgonzola, as well as dark chocolate or nutty desserts such as tiramisu or panna cotta with almonds.
