Don Ramón Mezcal Joven is distilled twice in a pot still and is made from 100% Espadín agaves from the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. The agaves mature for a total of 6-7 years. This mezcal has a very robust and complex character, characterised by smoky and subtle notes of damp earth and cooked agave.
