Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Bottega Petalo Moscato is a white sparkling wine made from the Moscatel grape variety, which delights with its clear sweetness and elegant bouquet reminiscent of delicate flower petals. This floral motif is reflected both in the packaging and on the bottle label and emphasises the special aesthetic of the product.

Tasting Note

Bright straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. Complex, intense, floral and fruity on the nose. Sweet, velvety and intense on the palate with notes of peaches, apricots and wildflowers. Long and persistent on the finish.

Residual sugar: 90 - 95 g/litre.

Acidity: 5 - 6.5 g/litre.

Serving temperature: 5 - 6°C.

Suitable for celebrations and special occasions. Enjoy this Prosecco with desserts or international cuisine.
