With the Provenance Single Cask/Small Batch Series, the company highlights the unique characteristics of distillations dedicated to the seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter. This series celebrates the close connection between whisky and the natural conditions that characterise each season in Scotland.

One example from this series is the Ardmore Provenance 8 Years Old, which is matured for eight years in a refill sherry hogshead with the cask number DL17041. This maturation gives the whisky a special depth and emphasises the careful selection of casks that characterises the Provenance range.
