Rooster Rojo AHUMADO Tequila 100% de Agave is a unique reposado tequila that impresses with the characteristic flavour of the blue weaver agave and its traditional production. The Blue Weber agave is famous for its sweet and earthy flavour, which gives the tequila its unmistakable character. The careful production process begins with the roasting of the agave hearts, which are refined for 48 hours in an underground oven with firewood and heated stones. After this intensive roasting, the tequila is matured in oak barrels for at least two months, allowing it to develop its complex aromas and balanced flavour.
