Bottled at 46% vol., uncoloured and non-chill-filtered, this limited edition Highland single malt Scotch whisky shows the creative side of the traditional distillery.


The fifth edition in the series was matured in a combination of Andalusian sherry casks and Colombian rum casks. This unusual choice of cask gives the whisky an incomparable depth: the sherry casks bring fruity sweetness, spicy dried fruit flavours and an elegant warmth, while the rum casks contribute exotic notes of sugar cane, vanilla and tropical fruits. Together, the result is a multi-layered profile that perfectly matches the smoky, smooth character of the Cù Bòcan Linie.

Colour: Amber with golden reflections.

Nose: Dark fruit, sultanas and dried fruit, plus exotic rum sweetness, vanilla and fine smoke.

Flavour: Complex and round with notes of caramel, sherry spice, tropical fruit and a gentle hint of peat.

Finish: Medium to long, sweet and spicy, fruity and slightly smoky.
