The entire range of The Irishman brand is produced at the Walsh Whiskey Distillery. The family business was founded in 1999 by Bernard and Rosemary Walsh. With a background in time-honoured recipes from Ireland's whiskey distilling era, they strive to revive the recognition of these Irish whiskeys. Each bottle of the brand is numbered, labelled with the year of bottling and adorned with Bernard Walsh's signature.

The Irishman Irish Whiskey Cask Strength is a blended whiskey. This Irish whiskey matures in American oak casks and is bottled at cask strength.
