20 years ago, Hans Schwarz founded the Schwarz Winery on Lake Neusiedl and turned his passion for wine into a success story. Originally working as a butcher, he took the step of turning his hobby into a profession - a decision that quickly earned him recognition in the wine scene. Today, the winery is run with dedication by Hans himself together with his son Michael, who are continuing the family's legacy with a spirit of innovation and experience.

Schwarz KUMAROD CUVÉE WEISS combines 60% Grüner Veltliner, 30% Welschriesling and 10% Sauvignon Blanc to create a harmonious composition. Careful ageing over 6 months in steel tanks preserves the freshness and vibrancy of the grape varieties and brings out their characteristics perfectly. After ageing, the wine is gently bottled and sealed with a screw cap, which optimally preserves the quality and freshness.

Black KUMAROD CUVÉE WHITE impresses with its balanced structure and is the ideal choice for lovers of fresh and elegant white wines.

Tasting Note

Light yellow-green with silver reflections in the glass. Floral nuances, ripe pears, apricots and fresh limes on the nose. The palate reveals flavours of ripe apples, hints of lemon, accompanied by a fine acidity. Long and persistent on the finish.
