The name "Timorous Beastie" alludes to a poem by Robert Burns and emphasises the contrast between the delicate exterior and the robust flavour profile. Tasting Note

Colour: Light gold.

Nose: Sweet vanilla, ripe apple, fresh grain and a hint of oak.

Finish: Langs with spicy wood notes and a slightly peppery finish.
