Loch Lomond Steam & Fire is a remarkable single malt Scotch whisky that draws its unique personality from intensive maturation in heavily charred American oak.

Steam & Fire's journey begins with distillation in a combination of straight neck and traditional swan neck pot stills. The whisky is then matured in first-fill bourbon casks and refill American oak barrels.

However, the true secret of its character lies in the 10 months of maturation in heavily charred American oak casks. These oak casks have been carefully flamed in Loch Lomond Whiskies' own traditional cooperage.

The inspiration for Steam & Fire comes from the extraordinary distillery itself, a place where technology meets time-honoured craftsmanship.

Tasting Note

Nose: Ripe apples, toffee notes, cinnamon, vanilla.

Flavour: Oranges, peaches, hints of marmalade, coffee notes, melted brown sugar, roasted marshmallows.
