The Corralejo Tequila Añejo 100% de Agave is an excellent premium tequila produced in Mexico, characterised by its long maturation and deep aroma. Produced in the renowned Destilería Corralejo, which has been known for its high-quality tequilas since 1755, this Añejo is based on hand-picked blue Weber agaves from the fertile soils of Guanajuato. Distillation takes place in traditional copper stills, which contributes to the purity and quality of the end product.

After distillation, the tequila is aged for at least 12 months in oak barrels, which gives it its characteristic amber colour and a remarkable depth of flavour. The barrel ageing gives it a harmonious combination of sweet, spicy and woody notes. This tequila is a delight both on its own and in sophisticated cocktails and impresses with its smooth texture and complex depth of flavour.

Corralejo Tequila Añejo is ideal for pure enjoyment in a tequila or cognac glass at room temperature. It harmonises perfectly with dark chocolate, mature cheese or roasted nuts. Alternatively, it can be used in sophisticated cocktails such as a Tequila Old Fashioned or an Añejo Manhattan to bring out its rich flavours.
