Tasting Note

On the palate, the sake is creamy, soft and complex, with floral notes of lilac, pineapple, subtle minerality and a spicy, herbaceous depth that ends with a cool, minty finish. The finish is long, smooth and creamy - a sake with an impressive flavour profile.

Kozaemon Sakura Nama is recommended at a drinking temperature between 5 and 15 °C and harmonises perfectly with grilled fish, vegetable lasagne and well-seasoned dishes with Asian or Mediterranean flavours. Also ideal as an accompaniment to exotic starters or as a modern aperitif.
