Pol Roger Champagne Réserve Brut is an iconic champagne with 12.5% vol. that perfectly reflects the classic elegance and traditional craftsmanship of the Pol Roger house. The renowned champagne house was founded in Épernay in 1849 and is now one of the most respected producers in France. Pol Roger became particularly famous as Winston Churchill's favourite champagne - a symbol of quality, style and consistency.

The cuvée consists of equal parts of the three classic Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. This carefully composed blend ensures a harmonious balance of structure, freshness and elegance. The Pol Roger Réserve Brut matures for at least 36 months on the lees in the particularly cool, deep cellars of the house - significantly longer than required by law. This long maturation gives it its fine perlage, complexity and creamy texture. As a classic non-vintage champagne, it combines vintage diversity with consistently high quality.

Tasting Note

In the glass, Pol Roger Réserve Brut presents itself in a radiant, light golden colour with a fine, long-lasting perlage. The nose reveals aromas of pear, apricot, citrus fruit and white flowers, complemented by fine brioche and hazelnut notes. Lively and balanced on the palate with elegant freshness, subtle minerality and a creamy mouthfeel. The finish is long, silky and accompanied by subtle spice.
