After distillation, it first rested for seven years in rare Slavonian oak barrels before being refined for a further three years in American ex-bourbon barrels made from white oak. This exceptional double maturation ensures a fascinating balance between fruitiness, sweetness and fine wood notes - a rum that clearly stands out from conventional Solera blends.
