Tasting Note

In the glass, the Sissi vermouth shines in a radiant, light golden colour with gentle reflections. Its bouquet develops fine citrus notes, floral hints of elderflower and jasmine, accompanied by spicy herbal flavours and a subtle honey note. On the palate, it is full-bodied and elegant, with a harmonious balance of sweet and tart-spicy components. The finish is long, delicately fruity and characterised by a gentle bitter note.

Sissi vermouth is ideal for classic cocktails such as Martini, White Negroni or Spritz variations, in which it unfolds its refined flavours perfectly.
