The Tres Hombres La Palma Fuerte 10 Años Edition 62 2023 is a powerful and expressive rum with an alcohol content of 44% vol. and a bottle size of 0.7 litres. The name "Fuerte" reflects the power and expressiveness of this rum, making it a true masterpiece from the Aldea distillery. Made from fresh sugar cane juice, the rum matured for over ten years and was then further refined in Tawny Port, Olorosso Sherry and Moscatel wine barrels, allowing it to develop a complex and multi-layered flavour.

Another unique feature of Tres Hombres La Palma Fuerte 10 Años Edition 62 is its maturation on the high seas. After maturing in barrels, the rum began a journey of around six months in the hold of a sailing ship, which is characterised by its emission-free operation without an engine. This special ageing process in the cargo ship not only gives the rum a special freshness, but also a powerful elegance and depth. A total of just 1298 bottles of this unique rum were bottled, making it a limited edition rarity.

The bottle labels are adorned with motifs of the Tres Hombres and their adventurous voyages. Each bottle is sealed with natural corks and sealed with beeswax ground with natural colour pigments from a traditional windmill in Zaandam. This not only gives the rum an authentic, environmentally friendly packaging, but also emphasises Tres Hombres' natural and sustainable approach.

Nose: Complex aromas of burnt caramel, spices and tawny port, with a hint of sherry and tropical fruit.

Finish: Langs and warming with a slightly spicy and fruity sweetness that spreads gently in the mouth.
