Palmer & Co is a renowned champagne house located in the famous Champagne region of France. Since its foundation in 1947, Palmer & Co has been dedicated to creating first-class champagne. The grapes are sourced from some of the most exquisite vineyards in the region, which forms the basis for their premium champagnes.

One of the house's outstanding champagnes is the Palmer & Co Champagne Rosé Solera, a refined cuvée composed from selected wines from the Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards of the "Montagne de Reims". This cuvée is particularly characterised by the Pinot Noir Solera grape variety, which gives the champagne its elegant fruitiness and depth.

The composition of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir Solera and Pinot Meunier underlines the complex and balanced flavour profile. Each bottle is traditionally topped off with a natural cork to preserve the quality and purity of the champagne.

Tasting Note

Light-coloured rosé in the glass. Spicy nose of cinnamon, vanilla notes, wild berries and blackcurrants. Wonderfully balanced on the palate, fresh and fruity with ripe berries. Long lasting finish.
