This Bunnahabhain comes from the renowned independent bottler Signatory Vintage. Andrew Symington, who founded the company in the late 1980s, has always maintained close relationships with the distilleries and today owns an impressive warehouse with over 10,000 casks. This particular bottling is part of the Signatory 100 Proof Edition, which is known for its high-proof, uncoloured whiskies. However, this series not only offers whiskies with a high alcohol content, but also long-matured, affordable bottlings.

The Bunnahabhain 11 Year Old is a special edition from Signatory Vintage, which was created in collaboration with the environmental organisation Sea Shepherd. This single malt Scotch whisky from Islay was distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2024 from a single first fill sherry butt, cask #900791. The full maturation in a first fill sherry butt contributes to the deep aromatic complexity and intense colour without masking the original character.

Uncoloured and non-chill-filtered, this whisky offers an unadulterated and powerful taste experience.
