Casa Paladin is a renowned winery located in the idyllic Veneto region, more precisely in the DOCG area of Valpolicella. One of the winery's outstanding products is the Prosecco Extra-Dry Millesimato Paladin. This Prosecco comes from vineyards located in the historically significant and hilly area between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, a region that has been known for its Prosecco for at least two centuries. Historical records indicate that viticulture was already practised here in Roman times.

This Prosecco is produced under strict conditions and at a controlled fermentation temperature of 16°C, which results in a fine and very pleasant bubble formation. This special cellar technique allows the delicate aromas and exciting flavours that characterise Prosecco Extra-Dry Millesimato Paladin to develop. Its popularity and associated success are based on these characteristic features, which make it both unique and sought-after.

Tasting Note

Straw yellow in the glass. An aroma of flowers and fruit on the nose. Smooth and elegant on the palate. Long and persistent on the finish.

Grape variety: Glera.

Drinking temperature: 5-9°C.

Excellent wine to start a meal. Ideal with fish starters and seafood risotto. Recommended as an aperitif.
