The Pouy 2002 estate in Armagnac Tenarèze is known for its chalky terroir and produces Armagnacs with a higher alcohol content. Vincent, the cellar master, has set himself the task of creating an Armagnac with a fruity character that blends harmoniously with the special flavours of a Jamaican rum cask.

L'Encantada is a young company founded by four enthusiasts. Their focus is on bottling authentic Bas Armagnac, working closely with small producers who have often not distilled for a long time. This passion and dedication to tradition is reflected in every bottle bottled by L'ENCANTADA.
