Bremen-based start-up NORK, founded in 2016, has become a firm favourite on the German spirits scene thanks to its production of high-quality craft spirits such as innovative liqueurs, fine grains and special barrel-aged spirits. Under the management of Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer, NORK pursues the goal of reinterpreting traditional flavours in a modern way.

With the Franzi Gebrannte Mandel liqueur, a limited edition, NORK has created a tribute to the popular Franzbrötchen from Hamburg. The liqueur combines the sweet, cinnamon flavour of the popular classic biscuit and perfectly brings out the character of roasted almonds.

The liqueur is particularly charming during the cold season and at Christmas time - inspired by the flavours of Christmas markets, it is a delight for beginners and connoisseurs alike.
