Tasting Note

Salmon pink in colour with a delicate violet hue. Floral notes and a hint of red fruit unfold on the nose. On the palate, it is refreshingly semi-dry and balanced, with flavours of red fruits and a fresh acidity. The finish is long and persistent.

Best served well chilled in a wine glass as an aperitif or on its own over ice.
