Le Sirop de Monin gum arabic is a high-quality texturiser and emulsifier that plays a central role in professional beverage preparation. In contrast to the classic, flavoured syrups from the Monin brand, this syrup does not have a taste of its own, but is used to specifically influence the consistency of cocktails, coffee specialities and non-alcoholic drinks. It is based on the natural plant resin gum arabic, which is extracted from the acacia tree and is highly valued in upmarket bar culture, patisserie and food technology.
