The Ferrari PERLÉ Brut 2018 is a vintage sparkling wine of the highest elegance from the renowned Ferrari Trento house, which has been synonymous with excellent sparkling wines made according to the classic method since 1902. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol. and a delicate perlage, this fine Trentodoc is a prime example of Italian craftsmanship and Alpine freshness. It is based on pure Chardonnay from high-altitude vineyards in Trentino, whose cool nights and sunny days provide ideal conditions for fresh acidity and elegant flavours.

Ferrari PERLÉ Brut is vinified according to the Metodo Classico (classic bottle fermentation) and matures on the lees for at least 60 months before being disgorged. This extended maturation gives the sparkling wine depth, complexity and a silky texture. As a vintage product, the 2018 reflects the characteristics of an excellent harvest year - clear, precise and harmonious. Tasting Note

In the glass, the Ferrari PERLÉ Brut is a brilliant golden yellow with a fine, long-lasting perlage. The nose reveals complex aromas of yellow apple, candied lemon, white flowers and a hint of roasted almonds. Elegant and smooth on the palate with a fine minerality, delicate brioche flavour and lively freshness. The finish is long, complex and characterised by a perfect balance between fruit, acidity and ripeness.
