This special edition matured for at least twelve years in ex-bourbon casks before being given an intensive finish in fine Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This cask finish creates a whisky with remarkable depth, fruity sweetness and spicy complexity - without any added colouring or chill filtration.

Colour: Dark amber with reddish reflections.

Nose: Sweet sultanas, figs, dark chocolate, vanilla and oak spice.

Flavour: Full-bodied with notes of dried fruit, toffee, caramel, spices and sherry influence.

Finish: Langs, warm, fruity and elegant with a slightly woody sweetness.

This whiskey is made to be enjoyed neat, especially at room temperature, to fully develop its complex flavours.
