Careful cask management is at the heart of this bottling. After a long maturation in selected oak casks, the whisky receives its final epilogue finish in first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The whisky has an expressive, autumnal colour and displays an exceptional range of flavours, combining the smoky Bowmore style with sweet and spicy sherry influences. Bottled at 46.8%, without chill-filtration and without colouring, the full texture and aromatic density is retained.
