The Kilchoman 11 Years Old Islay Single Cask Release 2024 is a strictly limited single cask bottling from the Kilchoman Distillery and is aimed specifically at lovers of authentic, unadulterated Islay whiskies. This bottling comes from a single cask and was bottled at cask strength with a powerful 55.5% vol. after 11 years of maturation. As is usual with Kilchoman, the bottling was carried out without chill-filtration and without colouring, thus fully preserving the structure, texture and character of the cask. As an Islay single malt Scotch whisky, this edition stands for uncompromising craftsmanship and maximum transparency.


The Single Cask Release 2024 emphasises the independent style of the distillery, in which each cask bottling is considered to be individually unique. The long maturation period of eleven years has allowed the typical Kilchoman Islay spirit to blend intensively with the cask without losing its origins. Peat smoke, maritime influences and the natural strength of the cask strength clearly characterise this bottling.
