Glenfiddich is a whisky distillery near Dufftown in the former county of Banffshire in Scotland and is Scotland's largest single malt producer.

Glenfiddich Project XX is an exceptional creation from the Experimental Series. This whisky was the result of a unique experiment in which 20 whisky experts from around the world each selected a cask from a selection of thousands in strict secrecy. The casks, including port pipes, sherry butts and first fill bourbon casks, offered a variety of flavours and matured in different types of casks, from port to bourbon casks.

Master Distiller Brian Kinsman combined the 20 selected qualities and created an innovative and completely new whisky that exceeded even Glenfiddich's expectations. With an alcohol content of 47% and as the second release in the "Experimental Series" - after the Glenfiddich IPA Cask - the "XX" stands for the 20 brand ambassadors who were involved in its creation.

A whisky that pushes boundaries and redefines the Glenfiddich tradition.

Tasting Note

Colour: Copper gold.

Nose: Ripe oranges, sweet sultanas, dried apricots, meadow honey, buttermilk.

Flavour: Silky, ripe apples, butter caramel, vanilla notes, puff pastry, hazelnuts, hint of cane sugar.

Finish: Medium length, aromatic.
