Maison Ferrand, a family business since 1989, was born from the meeting between Alexandre Gabriel and the traditional Pierre Ferrand family, one of the oldest Cognac producers in France. Based in Paris, the company is committed to reviving authentic Cognac traditions that emphasise the special character of Grander Champagne. Alexandre Gabriel's vision was to produce Cognac that reflects the original artisanal methods and exceptional style of this famous region.

One particular project is the reissue of the classic 19th century-style 3-star Cognac, developed in collaboration with renowned spirits and cocktail historian David Wondrich. This Cognac follows historical traditions and is created with attention to detail to offer connoisseurs an authentic taste of bygone eras and demonstrate Maison Ferrand's artisanal excellence.
