It is then matured in a careful combination of bourbon, Pedro Ximénez and port wine barrels, which ensures an impressive depth and variety of flavours. The limited edition Batch 04 stands for hand bottling, exclusivity and masterful cask selection. It is bottled without chill-filtering, which preserves the natural structure and fullness of flavour.

Tasting Note

Colour: Deep amber with a copper shimmer.

Nose: Ripe dried fruit, vanilla, caramelised sugar, some leather and nutty notes.

Flavour: Full-bodied and smooth, with notes of sultanas, dates, port wine, cinnamon, almonds and a fine sweetness.

Finish: Langs, round and complex with warm wood notes and delicate fruit sweetness.
