Flor de Caña Centenario 18 Years Old Legacy Edition I is a premium, long-aged single-estate rum from Nicaragua, prized worldwide for its uncompromising quality, sustainability and elegance. Produced by the long-established Compañía Licorera de Nicaragua, this rum is aged for a full 18 years in ex-bourbon casks, influenced by the tropical climate at the foot of the San Cristóbal volcano.

It is bottled without added sugar, artificial additives or colourings, which sets Flor de Caña apart as one of the few CO₂-neutral and Fair Trade-certified rum producers. The Legacy Edition I further emphasises this responsible approach and presents the rum in a stylish 1-litre bottle with a gift box (GB) – ideal for connoisseurs of high-quality, pure rum.

Tasting Note

Colour: Deep copper with golden highlights.

Nose: Harmonious, with notes of burnt sugar, vanilla, nuts, oak and dried fruit.

Palate: Smooth and round with caramel, dark chocolate, almonds, spices and delicately integrated oak.

Finish: Long, dry and elegant with delicate toasted notes and lingering spice.

Ideal served neat or over a large ice cube. Pairs superbly with dark chocolate, roasted nuts, cigars or mature hard cheese. Also suitable as a luxurious base for Old Fashioned variations. A responsibly produced premium rum for stylish enjoyment at the very highest level.
