First, the base spirit is aged for five years in the Caribbean in American oak casks, where the tropical climate ensures an intense initial maturation. The distillate is then transported to Spain, where it matures for a further five years in Oloroso sherry casks at the historic Bodegas Williams & Humbert. As a final touch, it is finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, whose deep sweetness and rich fruit aromas lend the spirit its unmistakable character. This combination creates a harmonious profile in which wood, dried fruit, caramel notes and a gentle sweetness blend in perfect balance.
