Since 1989, Trummer Frucht has stood for the preservation of regional orchards and old fruit varieties in southern Burgenland. The family business began with its own fruit pressing plant and has continued to develop over 35 years - from the first production facility to the modern farm shop in Pinkafeld. Today, the company employs over 20 people and has been run by the next generation, Martin Trummer, since January 2022.

Trummer Uhudler liqueur captures the characteristic flavour of Uhudler grapes in a unique composition. With its intense berry fruitiness, fine flavour and refined depth, this liqueur combines the unmistakable characteristics of southern Burgenland.

Tasting Note

Dark cherry red in the glass. Intensely fruity on the nose with pronounced aromas of ripe wild berries, raspberries and strawberries, accompanied by subtle floral nuances and a fine spiciness. Full-bodied and harmonious on the palate with a pleasant sweetness. Langs on the finish.
