The grapes for this Grüner Veltliner thrive on loess and primary rock soils, which give the wine its characteristic minerality and finesse. The climate in the Krems Valley, characterised by warm days and cool nights, promotes the development of a lively acidity structure and intense aromas. After careful manual harvesting, the grapes are gently processed and fermented at a controlled temperature.

Tasting Note

Bright light yellow with greenish reflections in the glass. The nose reveals an inviting bouquet of green apple, citrus fruit and a subtle hint of pepper, typical of the grape variety. Fresh and lively on the palate, with a harmonious balance between fruit and acidity. Long and persistent on the finish.
